PLACING AN ORDER: Orders may be placed by phone, fax, or mail. Please read shipping and terms carefully. Please see Order Form for details.

PRICES AND SPECIFICATIONS: All of the prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice. In the event of a change published after your order is placed, you will be notified prior to your order being processed. Prices represent Buyer’s net cost in U.S. currency. Prices do not include freight (unless stated), applicable federal, state and local taxes. These costs are to be paid by the buyer. Electra-Tec, Inc. only collects sales tax for shipments into the State of Michigan (currently 6%). All products are sold in the color gray. All products are shipped separately. Please read all measurements and select products carefully. Freight charges will apply to all products (FOB, Otsego, Michigan). Electra-Tec, Inc. is not responsible for typographical errors.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment must be received by Electra-Tec, Inc. prior to Electra-Tec, Inc.’s acceptance of an order. Payment for the product will be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), check, or money order. Orders are not binding upon Electra-Tec, Inc. until accepted by Electra-Tec, Inc. Electra-Tec, Inc. reserves the right to delay shipment until payment is cleared. Clearance of checks takes an average of 10 days. Terms for wholesale purchases are different than the terms shown here. Please call for details.

ORDER PROCESSING: Orders are processed when received. When payment is cleared, the order will typically ship within 2-3 days. Order delivery time could range from 4-12 days depending on destination. Orders are subject to available inventory. In the case of
shortages, some orders may take longer. There are no minimum or maximum order
quantities.

SHIPPING METHOD: All products with a “U” at the end of the part number can be shipped by UPS. UPS charges will be the buyers responsibility. UPS charges for each item are noted throughout this website. Charges shown are for shipment to places within the Continental United States of America only. Shipment to Alaska or Hawaii will incur individual charges for freight not shown on this website. Please call for freight estimates. Orders for shipment outside of the United States of America will not be accepted.

Products not ending in ”U” must be shipped by common carrier freightline (semi truck). Freight charges for these items will be determined on an individual basis and charged accordingly. These charges will be the buyer’s responsibility. Orders for shipment outside of the United States of America will not be accepted.

Electra-Tec, Inc. is not responsible for damage or loss of goods in transit. All claims must be made to the carrier. The delivery receipt should be clearly marked as to the nature of the claim determined in the presence of the driver. Claims for shortage, damage, loss or error in shipment must be made to the carrier. Title to products and risk of loss passes from Electra-Tec, Inc. to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Electra-Tec, Inc. will ship within the United States of America only. The shipping charges listed are for shipment via UPS within the Continental United States of America. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will incur individual charges for freight not shown on this website. Please call for freight estimates.

RETURNED SHIPMENT: Returned goods will not be accepted, under any circumstances, without our specific written authorization. Products returned in good condition, with original packaging, not altered in any way, with authorization from Electra-Tec, Inc. and transportation charges prepaid, will be granted credit less shipping charges and 20% fee for restocking. If Electra-Tec, Inc. takes responsibility for an error causing the return, the 20% restocking fee may be waived. Return shipments will not be accepted after 30 days of purchase.

All products are shipped in good condition. Buyer must thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery. Buyer should note on the freight bill extent of damage. Electra-Tec, Inc.’s responsibility for loss or damage ceases when the item(s) are accepted for shipment by the carrier.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: In no event shall Electra-Tec, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any direct, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss or use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS: Electra-Tec, Inc, makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, warranties relating to Year 2000 compliance, and conformity to models or samples. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties so these limitations might not apply to you.
